With the help of blockchain technology and so-called tokenization, assets, money, identities and usage rights are becoming programmable. However, only very few people are aware of what this means in concrete terms.

Artificial intelligence and climate crisis
Digital technology and the progressive destruction of the human living environment have something in common: both are phenomena characterized by exponential, i.e. accelerated, change processes. Artificial intelligence or, more precisely, machine learning is the latest and probably most powerful line of development in digitization - but how can it be used meaningfully in the service of sustainable developments?

Artificial intelligence and climate crisis
Digital technology and the progressive destruction of the human living environment have something in common: both are phenomena characterized by exponential, i.e. accelerated, change processes. Artificial intelligence or, more precisely, machine learning is the latest and probably most powerful line of development in digitization - but how can it be used meaningfully in the service of sustainable developments?
Highlights
Web3
Aya Jaff, Programmer, entrepreneur and bestselling author
Web3 is more than just a trend. But what is behind this term? What relevance does the decentralized online ecosystem have for companies and individual industries? What does it have to do with sustainability, consumption and values? And more importantly, what is actually in store for our society? Do we even want it?
Augmented Intelligence
Thomas Ramge, Technology journalist and author
Large language models like ChatGPT "understand" contexts. At the same time, they access almost the entire (digitized) wealth of human experience. This makes something possible that AI has failed at up to now: automating decisions. This is especially true for management decisions that are made regularly and are well documented.

Jánszky explains the challenges ahead and describes the strategic implications for companies: These will become Predictive Enterprises with adaptive products, predictive enterprise software, and business models that must be faster than real time.

Digital evolution in the financial sector
Sven Wagenknecht, Editor in Chief and Co-Founder of BTC-ECHO
Our financial sector is facing tremendous upheaval. Central banks around the world are working on digital central bank money, banks are issuing electronic securities, and cryptocurrencies are enabling a decentralized financial sector. With the help of blockchain technology and so-called tokenization, assets, money, identities and usage rights are becoming programmable. However, only very few people are aware of what this means in concrete terms.

Experience innovations and solutions up close
Technical innovations are born in theory, but live in practice. That's why we invited renowned manufacturers to show their latest developments and solutions live and in color.
In front of picturesque scenery
For this year's dtm netforum we have chosen two special locations: The Festspielhaus Bregenz and the nearby BeachBar - just a few steps away from Lake Constance. Nobody needs to fear bad weather, the pagoda tents of the BeachBar are weather-protected and heated.
